North East Utilities is here to assist you in all of your electrical utility needs.  NEU's experience runs deep in the utility world for over 20 years, from BGE, Pepco, and Delmarva Power. 

Owner and operator, Jarrett Rhoades, began his utility career in 1999 with Utility Lines Construction, a contractor for BGE. Jarrett spent his time with ULC, learning the streetlight division.  He continued his career with Pepco as a cable splicer and then successfully completed his journeyman lineman qualifications with Delmarva Power.  

Owner, Monica Rhoades, a 14-year veteran elementary school teacher became interested in the business side of the utility world in 2020.  Monica is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in education.  Shortly after, she attended Towson University, earning her master’s degree in education.  Monica has taught in the counties of Montgomery, Baltimore, and Harford throughout her career in education.
